Labels are usefull to "group" different preferences among companies. For example what kind of IMAX version do they play (Xenon or Laser), 4DX, Encore, ATMOS etc.
Each Portal user companies has their own labels and are not able to see others companies labels. Only if the user give them rights to see the selected label.
Labels can be created and added in the companies tab.
Highlight the company or companies you would like to add the same label and click the label button.
Select add and right-click on labels to be able to add a new label
Add the name of the label and select in companies the ones who can see the label. Click add to create the label.
Select the label to add to the company and click add.
To save your changes, click on update
Now the label has been added to the company and you can search by the label name to see who has the label added.
To unset a label from a company, highlight the company you would like to unset a label and click on the label button
Select unset and right-click on labels. Highlight the label you would like to unset and click unset, then click on the update button.
The label is now unset from the company you selected.
In companies highlight a company and click on the label button.
Right-click on labels and search for the label you would like to make it visible for other users. Right-click on the label of your choice and click edit.
Right-click on companies and select/deselect the companies you would like to make them able/unable to see the label when they log-in to the Portal. Then click save.
