In some cases, the cinema could've delete the content from their library (TMS/LMS/TCS) that has been uploaded via the Gofilex Portal.
You can re-upload the asset via the Portal if the asset is still available on the filmvault.
To re-upload, please log-in to the Portal with your account and go to the equipment
tab and select the cinema filmvault you would like to re-upload the content to the library.
Right-click on the cinema filmvault you have selected, scroll down and right-click on assets
.
Here you can find all available assets in the filmvault that can be re-uploaded to your library. If you can't find the asset you would like to re-upload anymore, you will have to contact the content-owner to place the booking again.
Highlight the asset(s) of your choice and click relate

Highlight again the assets you would like to re-upload and click on upload
.
Select the library and click on upload
.
If you are not able to see any library in here, this means we do not hold information of your library to make the upload. In that case, please contact your local support office with your library information (IP, credentials, port, upload directory).
A new upload job has been created and will start shortly. You can follow the situation of the upload in the filmvault details by right clicking on jobs
