You probably landed on this page because you do not have a Gofilex Portal account yet. Please read on below for instructions on how to request an account.

¶ Requesting a cinema account
If you are the owner or employee of a cinema, send us an email with the following details for each user (more than one possible):
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Cinema name
We will contact you as soon as possible to verify the account details and create the account(s).
Please note that if you run a cinema chain, a dedicated chain user can be created for your organization. Portal chain users have access to all companies, orders, assets, equipment and keys within your chain and should not be created for personnel working at a single location within the chain.
¶ Requesting a content-owner account
If you are a content owner, please contact your usual Gofilex contact to request any account for your organization.
Depending on your needs, we will brief you on how to place orders and monitor the progress of your orders.
